TIC is a membership community designed to help you build a successful career in IE/Manf, where…
– Only high-quality, engaging, and relevant topics are discussed (no spam, promotions, no B.S allowed)
– Meetups and hangouts are filled with structured learning, deep quality conversations, and lifelong connections and friendships
– You instantly get answers to your questions from other experts who has already been there, done that, and with specific guidance
Join the community with other IE/Manf professionals from companies like below…
Hang out with other IEs/Manf, share ideas, get answers to your questions, brainstorm with experts, learn from others, etc. then apply the same at your work and career. This is your go-to place for all things IE
We've all seen those groups/communities, eventually turning into promotional heavy content garbage. Not here. No spam, no promoting websites, no links, no irrelevant discussions. Strict moderation to only have high-quality conversations and learning
Personally curated and handpicked list of IE-related jobs, categorized by remote-only, location, salary, and more details. You decide and pick your preference
Get access to a library of templates, teardowns, articles, and more you need to build a successful career. No spending endless hours of your time on LinkedIn or Googling around or trying to figure out yourself
All individuals are vetted by their LinkedIn profile, to allow only industrial engineering/manf professionals around the world, nobody else. This way we have a strong community of shared interests, learnings, and growing your career
Gather for regular events, webinars, expert sessions, etc. to learn something new, get insights from senior most experts in the industry, build connections and lifelong friendships with like-minded people
The purpose of this community is to connect people who work in IE/Manf. Join this group to learn, share, support, and contribute—not promote.
There are no IE communities today. We only know of IISE and maybe couple of websites. But, none of those have a place where all IE professionals can hang out regularly. Meet. discuss, participate, learn from each other, and so much more
Networking is awkward, especially on LinkedIn. So, this community is your private space. Meaningful questions, thoughtful answers. Collaborative discussions. Access to job related resources -- curated job listings, career resources, tools, templates, and more
We all need community. A place to meet, hangout and spend time with people with shared interests and career goals together regularly. Build meaningful relationships. Network with like-minded people. Build lifelong friendships and connections
Building a career sometimes seems lonely. If you are surrounded by a group of people who support you, spend time with you, and just "get you", you start to live your dream job and a dream life!
I would definitely be interested. I remember Zubin messaging me about this a while ago and I still think it's a good idea. I really appreciate all the effort that goes into your newsletters and I look forward to reading them every time I see a notification from you. Thank you for your continued efforts.
I really appreciate it. You are such a role model for ISE guys!
Just to let you know, I'm following all your emails. I appreciate your help. I am receiving these emails at the perfect time as I have recently started applying for jobs
Zubin! No amount of thank you will suffice!
I really appreciate it. You are such a role model for ISE guys!
As soon as the community is opened (tentative Apr,25) and you join, you get access to a private slack group with different channels -- #ask-a-question, #curated-job-listings, #member-events, #announcements, etc. This is your regular hang out place where all things related to community takes place -- new discussions, expert learning sessions, networking opportunities, meetups, IE-related job postings, etc. We will keep adding more as requested by members.
Yes. Currently accepting only few people -- 100-120 members. If you're reading this, you've received your personal invitation, so do submit the waiting list form and you'll be the first to know when the community is opened.
For several reasons. One, if it's a paid community, it ensures we maintain good quality hygiene in conversations and each member contributes well, and it's not one of those communities which is low-quality, spam, and only pointless discussions. Two, at a fraction of a cost ($39/mo) we keep a small commitment and eliminate people who aren't serious about growing their career.
We're living in the world now where we're slowly moving towards close network of communities. Look around, and you'll notice there are small private communities for anything -- marketing, sales, fitness, business, etc. Yet, we don't have any or seen any good communities for IE/manf professionals. I believe this is the community where all professionals become one!
Joining a community does not mean you have to give time to it every day or week. Some days you do, some days you just scroll and keep yourself updated, and some days you simply don't. That's OK. That's the idea behind it. (Do you watch netflix everyday?) You have lifelong access to the connections you build inside, so that whenever you need help with something, or you have any questions, or you just want to stay updated -- your community is always there for you.
Within 1-2 months. So if you haven't, submit the waitlist form so you'll be the first to know when the community is opened
Be kind and respectful. No harassment or hate speech. Report inappropriate behavior and immediate action will be taken.
There is absolutely no room to do any promotions like -- posting your resume, or links, or any similar stuff. No cross-posting to reduce spam and maintain focus.
Contribute meaningfully. Low-effort questions and poor content will be removed. Focus on high-quality discussions and avoid easily Googled queries.
